Forever Young (OOTD)

I have bought a number of classic, timeless pieces from Forever 21, but this top isn't one of them. I thought this tiger head top was cute, youthful, and fun.  Just my luck, I was planning to attend an outdoor festival this past weekend which was the perfect setting for a cute, youthful, and fun look.  How did you spend your long Labor Day weekend?
