I'm officially back from vacation! Last week I spent a few days trying to get a tan on the beach, sampling new restaurants, and laughing it up at a comedy show with one of my favorite comedians--Dave Chappelle! I had a great time--and I'm still adjusting back to real life and trying to get back on the health/fitness bandwagon. Anywho, I promised to share some of my beach looks so I did my best to take pictures of my outfits and swimwear!

When I travel, I usually pack way too many outfits but I keep my accessories, shoes, and make-up to a minimum. For this trip, I brought one bag and one wristlet that doubled as my wallet; two pairs of sandals with a cheapie pair of flip flops for the beach; and my makeup consisted of only two lipsticks (Riri Woo and Maybelline Color Sensational lip color in
fifth ave fuchsia), a maybelline dream fresh BB cream, and an e.l.f all over color stick in
pink lemonade.

I went a little swim crazy this year and bought three new swim suits, but unfortunately I didn't get to wear one of them (
which was really cute!). I believe that swim wear should be planned out and just like any other outfit so I styled these swim suits with fun accessories and cover ups that express my love for neon and chambray. Oh, and I love high waisted bikinis! Just as covered up as with a one-piece but with a retro feel!
